• . Are you looking for a rewarding career opportunity in a growing healthcare industry? As a Senior Living Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home health services while building meaningful relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and your team.
• The Senior Living Services Manager will:
• + Deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate high-quality home health services + Manage client service coordination and address emergent scheduling and staffing needs + Oversee and proactively grow an assigned caseload through relationship-building and service excellence + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations + Foster strong, collaborative relationships with office and field staff + Monitor key operational and financial metrics, including admissions and referral outcomes + Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees + Contribute to office growth, client satisfaction, and overall operational success •

Qualifications:

• + Bachelor's degree preferred + Prior knowledge of or experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus + Previous medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred + Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus + Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility + Ambition and desire to grow and advance within the organization + Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment •
