Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) ? William Penn Care Center - Jeannette, PA William Penn Care Center is seeking a dedicated and organized Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our Dietary Department and ensure residents receive high-quality nutritional services in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred Long-term care or healthcare dietary management experience preferred Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee daily operations of the Dietary Department Manage staff scheduling, training, and supervision Ensure food quality, sanitation, and infection control standards are met Assist with menu planning, special diets, and resident food preferences Maintain compliance with state, federal, and survey requirements Participate in QAPI, safety, and quality improvement initiatives Join a team committed to providing excellent resident care and outstanding food service.
