Our program is dedicated to offering comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with mood disorders, thought disorders, and trauma. Our mission is to offer a comprehensive approach to mental wellness, combining various therapies, medication stabilization, life skills training, and a diverse range of holistic modalities.Clinical Director Duties:
Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical operations within the healthcare facility Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, including nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare management Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standardsSkills:
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, patients, and other stakeholders In-depth knowledge of healthcare management principles and practices Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve patient outcomes Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in clinical operationsRequirements:
1+ years experience in the behavioral health field LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Clinical License in the state of PennsylvaniaREQUIRED
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family, or health care related field
