Patient Referral Coordinator Lawall Prosthetic and Orthotic Services - 3.5 Langhorne, PA Job Details 11 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Patient Referral Coordinator We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a friendly, team-oriented environment. The Patient Referral Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our patients, referral sources, and visitors. This role is responsible for performing all tasks related to appointment scheduling, message intake, and communication with patients and referral sources. The Patient Access Coordinator reports directly to the Patient Accounts Supervisor and plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8-4:30 pm Responsibilities include: Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Taking and accurately relaying messages to appropriate staff members Communicating effectively with patients, physicians, referral sources, and other healthcare professionals Assisting patients with general inquiries and providing excellent customer service Maintaining accurate documentation and patient information Coordinating with internal departments to support efficient patient care and office operations Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
