Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for adult cardiac surgery patients, including post-operative follow-up, valve consultations, and ongoing care coordination. Partner with cardiac surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to manage complex patients across the continuum of care, from surgical consultation through recovery and discharge. Assist in cardiac surgery procedures and support the management of critically ill patients in the ICU, helping drive exceptional clinical outcomes. Serve as a clinical and operational leader within the practice, contributing to scheduling, workflow optimization, and departmental initiatives that enhance patient care and team performance.
