In this role, you can play a vital role in supporting the Clinical Manager and ensuring the Home Health Agency operates smoothly and efficiently. Clinical Manager Assistant:
Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the clinical leadership team.
Workflow Optimization:
Assist in streamlining clinical workflows, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining up-to-date patient records and files.
Communication & Coordination:
Facilitate effective communication between clinical staff, management, and other departments, helping to resolve issues and ensure timely information flow.
Documentation & Compliance:
Help maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all HIPAA regulations and internal policies.
Clinical Resource Management:
Assist with managing clinical supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure the team has what it needs.
Special Projects:
Support clinical initiatives and projects as assigned, including data gathering, analysis, and report generation. Who you are as a
Clinical Manager Assistant:

Exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals, including patients, their families, and staff.
Highly Organized:
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
Proactive & Resourceful:
A self-starter who can anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions efficiently.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, scheduling software, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Medical Terminology:
Basic understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare practices. High school diploma or GED equivalent; further education or certification in medical administration recommended. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, located at our Ligonier campus.
