Full-Time We are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LSW, or LCSW to provide leadership and oversight of clinical services across our Meadville location. Responsibilities Oversee all clinical services, including psychiatric clinic operations and IBHS programming. Preferred candidate will do 50% direct care and 50% administrative duties Ensure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and best clinical practices Provide clinical supervision and support to multidisciplinary treatment teams Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality assurance and program development Support clinical documentation standards and outcome-based care Qualifications Active LPC or LPC-equivalent license (LCSW or psychologist) Master's Degree is required Experience with IBHS services strongly preferred Strong leadership, supervision, and organizational skills Ability to travel between assigned locations as needed Benefits Competitive salary Flexible scheduling Health and retirement benefits Supportive, mission-driven work environment

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
