Job Description

Messiah Lifeways is seeking a compassionate and experienced Enhanced Living (Personal Care) Clinical Manager to join our dedicated team. This leadership role is responsible for supporting assigned team members during their shifts and collaborating closely with members of the leadership, education, and scheduling team. The Clinical Manager provides clinical support across neighborhoods, promotes a holistic approach to care, and ensures elder-directed, quality-focused outcomes.
Position Details:
Full Time, Exempt Rotating on-call schedule Day Shift schedule - flexible to 4 or 5 days/week with hours between 6am and 4:30pm Key Responsibilities Guide and support clinical team members to deliver exceptional resident care. Coordinate communication between neighborhood nurses and the Director of Nursing. Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and person-centered care. Uphold Messiah Lifeways' mission and values in all aspects of leadership and service. Provide day-to-day clinical oversight for assigned neighborhoods, ensuring smooth operations under the direction of the Enhanced Living Director of Nursing. Contribute to the development of team member training with the Enhanced Living Staff Development Coordinator. Recruit, interview, and evaluate team members; manage performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement. Apply today! Required Skills & Abilities Knowledge of Personal Care Home regulations. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Ability to set and achieve goals independently and collaboratively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and clinical documentation systems. Technical competence in operating medical equipment. Compassionate, tactful, and cheerful disposition. Education & Experience LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania (required). CPR certification (required). Minimum of three years of nursing experience , Two years in long-term care preferred. One year of supervisory experience strongly desired. Must maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
