Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and organized Patient Services Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care and service in a healthcare setting. This role involves managing a team responsible for patient interactions, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, experience in management, and a passion for providing outstanding service to patients and their families. Duties Lead and supervise patient services staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure efficient team operations. Oversee daily patient interactions, ensuring compassionate communication and adherence to hospital policies. Coordinate with medical teams to facilitate smooth patient flow and address any service-related issues promptly. Manage administrative tasks such as patient records, appointment scheduling, and billing processes related to patient services. Implement and monitor sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health regulations. Develop strategies for improving patient satisfaction scores by enhancing service quality and responsiveness. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies at all times. Experience Proven management experience in a healthcare or hospitality environment, preferably with supervision of service teams. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with hospital or clinic operations, including patient care protocols is preferred. Experience in managing administrative functions such as scheduling, billing, or record keeping. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety standards, and healthcare regulations. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively. Previous experience working in fast-paced environments where multitasking is essential.
