Job Description

A large multi-office oral surgery practice is hiring a full-time position as our Director of Patient Relations. If you worked for Private Equity/DSO and looking for a change, applications are encouraged! Candidates should have experience in healthcare management, customer service, and patient service. Understanding the patient experience and brand expectation are a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates should be proficient in use of MS Word, Outlook, electronic medical and/or dental records. 1+ years of experience required. If were .
