Job Description
Job Overview The Billing Team Leader supports daily billing operations by assisting with workflow management, staff support, and claims oversight to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Duties Support daily billing operations and workflow distribution Assist billing staff with claim processing and corrections Review claims for accuracy prior to submission when needed Support denial follow-up and resolution efforts Train and assist billing team members Escalate complex billing issues to management Maintain billing performance standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years billing experience required. Leadership and team support skills Strong billing, coding, and revenue cycle knowledge. Attention to detail Problem-solving ability Strong communication skills
