Who We Are:
The Yoder Group, Inc. is an established company, who has been based in central Pennsylvania for over 65 years. We manage over 2,100 units across the state and are continually looking to expand our services across Pennsylvania. We are looking to expand our existing team with individuals who thrive while working within a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary:
A successful applicant for this position will be highly motivated, dependable, hard-working, and able to follow specific instructions with little supervision. Additionally, the implementation of safety standards on the job site is paramount. Reliable transportation and promptness is a must!
Key Responsibilities:
Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe environment. Oversees day-to-day operation of apartment complex(es). Show available apartments to prospective tenants. Process applications. Must maintain a professional appearance. (Possible) Daily local travel between buildings. Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Valid PA driver's license. Must have the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening. Detail-oriented; and must have the ability to work independently. Apartment rental experience preferred. Must have the ability to work with other team members and residents at the complex(es). Must have the ability to effectively communicate with other team members.
