Job Description

Under the direction of the Structural Heart Clinical Program Manager, the Clinical Coordinator collaborates with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary departments to support all aspects of the Structural Heart Program. Provides coordination of patient care throughout the continuum, ensuring adherence to evidence-based clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Supports patient evaluations, multidisciplinary case reviews, procedure scheduling, registry management, and maintenance of clinical documentation. Serves as a central resource for patients, families, providers, and staff by facilitating communication, delivering education, and assisting with program initiatives, quality outcomes, and device-specific training activities Develop and Grow Your Career!
