Pivotal Curve Health is currently hiring for a Clinical Supervisor with experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or master's degree in related field. 2+ years experience in the field of ABA 12 Credits/Units in Masters Program Bilingual a plus Must have own reliable transportation, and valid driver's license, auto registration and auto insurance Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage caseload. Utilize behavior skills training to train behavior technicians/RBTs Collaborate, communicate, and assist with a multidisciplinary treatment team and families to develop and administer tailored ABA treatment plan for clients. Administer ongoing clinical meetings with staff and families. Provide ongoing supervision, feedback, and monitor treatment to evaluate client progress. Maintain strict confidentiality, HIPAA compliant, and adhere to the Ethical Professional and Compliance Code for Behavior Analyst Report writing Evaluate treatment needs, program goals and objectives for client treatment.
