At our med spa, every touchpoint matters: the first inquiry, the consultation, the follow-up call, the moment a client walks out the door. We're looking for someone who gets that — someone who builds trust naturally, takes pride in follow-through, and finds real satisfaction in helping people commit to their skin health long-term. If you've worked in aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality and found yourself caring more about the client's experience than the transaction, this role was written for you.
What This Role Is:
This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of client care and business growth. You'll be the connective tissue between our clients and our providers — guiding people from their first inquiry through to long-term treatment plans, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks along the way. You'll have revenue goals. We'll be honest about that. But the way we expect you to reach them is through genuine education, consistent follow-up, and relationships built on trust — never pressure. Clients who feel cared for come back.
What You'll Do:
Client Consultations & Care:
Lead thoughtful, educational consultations that help clients understand their options and choose what's truly right for their goals. Follow up before and after visits to support continuity of care and make clients feel remembered. Handle questions and concerns with empathy and a education-first mindset. Ensure every interaction — from first call to checkout — reflects our standard of personalized, unhurried care.
Revenue & Retention:
Convert inquiries into booked appointments and guide clients toward treatment plans that serve them long-term. Support membership enrollment and rebooking through relationship-driven guidance — not scripts. Work toward individual and team goals for services, memberships, and retail. Track your own performance (conversion rate, rebooking rate, revenue per client) and use it to keep growing.
Operations & Team:
Collaborate closely with providers and front desk to ensure seamless handoffs. Maintain accurate client records in our EMR system (Boulevard). Support daily scheduling, follow-ups, and promotions as needed. Contribute ideas for improving client flow — we want your perspective.

What We're Looking For:
1-2+ years in aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or consultative retail sales. A natural ability to educate and guide — not pressure. Strong follow-through and organizational habits (clients notice when things slip).
Comfort with accountability:
goals, metrics, and honest self-assessment. Coachable, growth-oriented, and genuinely team-minded. Experience with EMR/CRM tools (Boulevard is a plus). Flexible availability including weekends. Located near San Clemente, CA.
