Assistant Clinical Director:

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, support behavioral therapy implementation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions. Your expertise will help foster a positive, supportive environment for clients and staff alike while promoting best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA). This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead with passion and precision in a thriving behavioral health setting dedicated to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Duties Onsite for only 3-4 days per week Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians, junior BCBAs, and other team members to ensure adherence to ABA principles and ethical standards. Lead behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA), diagnostic evaluations, and client intake processes to develop individualized treatment plans. Oversee data collection procedures, analyze behavioral data, and modify intervention strategies to optimize client progress. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical documentation review, behavioral psychological assessments, and progress tracking within HIPAA-compliant medical records systems. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and communicate treatment goals effectively. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards related to patient care, medical terminology accuracy, and confidentiality requirements such as HIPAA. Support the development of clinical protocols for home-based behavioral interventions and school-based programs supporting children with autism and other disabilities. Qualifications Valid BCBA certification with experience working directly with children who have autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders. Proven experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessment methods. Strong background in working with individuals with disabilities across various settings including home-based care, schools, or clinics. Demonstrated ability to lead clinical supervision sessions while fostering professional growth among team members. Excellent client communication skills coupled with experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and familiarity with HIPAA regulations is essential.
