This unique position offers the opportunity to work outside traditional office settings, building meaningful relationships with children and families facing complex behavioral health challenges. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, creative, fun, and committed to helping individuals become the people they were born to be. The Awaken Team Lead provides clinical leadership, assessment, intervention planning, team supervision, parent education, and collaboration with community partners. Services are delivered in homes and community settings through a relationship-based, trauma-informed approach focused on real-life experiences and meaningful change.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
