In this pivotal role, you will support the clinical operations of our ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs, oversee behavioral intervention strategies, and assist in supervising clinical staff. Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, by implementing evidence-based practices and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Duties Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA). Support clinical supervision of behavior technicians and junior staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy and ABA techniques. Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies. Collect, analyze, and document data related to client progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Participate in intake processes, initial client assessments, and ongoing client communication to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals, medical providers, and caregivers to support clients' developmental goals. Maintain detailed medical records, progress notes, and documentation for all clients while safeguarding patient confidentiality. Support home-based, school-based and in clinic behavioral interventions to promote consistency across environments. Contribute to quality assurance initiatives by reviewing treatment outcomes and recommending adjustments as needed. Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field Certification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Nevada Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and behavioral intervention strategies. Proven experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA), behavioral psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluations. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Prior experience working in home-based settings or school environments is highly desirable. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers. Ability to supervise clinical staff while fostering a positive team environment focused on client success.
