Milestone Pediatric Therapy is developing an independent ABA practice serving children and families throughout the Greater Houston area. We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Texas LBA license who is interested in helping establish our clinical program and potentially grow into a long-term leadership role. This opportunity is designed to allow the selected BCBA to continue their current employment while Milestone completes credentialing and prepares to begin services. Phase 1 —
$5,000 The selected BCBA will collaborate with Milestone and our professional credentialing company throughout the startup and payer-enrollment process. The BCBA will NOT be expected to personally complete every insurance application or manage the entire credentialing process.
Responsibilities may include:
Serve as Milestone's initial BCBA clinical consultant. Provide
BCBA/LBA
documentation necessary for payer credentialing Maintain current CAQH information Collaborate with our professional credentialing company Participate in occasional credentialing meetings and requests Review clinical policies and procedures Help establish clinical workflows and quality standards Assist with development of assessment and treatment-planning procedures Assist with RBT supervision and training procedures Help prepare Milestone for insurance-funded ABA services Support compliance with BACB ethics, Texas licensing requirements, payer standards, and applicable regulations You may maintain your current employment throughout this phase. Phase 2 — First Clients Once Milestone receives payer approvals and begins accepting clients, the BCBA will have the opportunity to begin providing clinical services.
Compensation:
