Absolute Behavior Centers provides individualized, evidence-based care to children with autism, focused on communication, social skills, confidence, independence, and everyday life. We are looking for an experienced BCBA who wants meaningful influence in an early-stage practice and a direct relationship with the founder. Join us during an exciting stage of growth. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, support clinical and payer setup, and help establish effective systems for documentation, supervision, treatment delivery, and continuity of care. This is paid work from the start, with an opportunity to help build a strong, ethical ABA program. The long-term visionFrom launch partner to clinical leader The goal is to build durable care across the Central Valley and East Bay, not a short-term staffing arrangement. As approvals, referrals, and the team grow, the founding BCBA can help shape clinical culture, hiring, supervision, quality systems, and the experience families receive. The path can lead to a full-time role at $85,000-$105,000. A founding BCBA may also be considered for equity options based on involvement and contribution. Any equity would require company approval and a separate written agreement; no percentage, vesting schedule, valuation, or grant is promised today.
