completes enrollment, credentialing, and pre-launch tasks. As the agency begins serving clients and the caseload grows, the Clinical Director's hours, responsibilities, and compensation will increase accordingly. Unlike a traditional BCBA role centered on a full caseload, this position will initially focus on clinical leadership, program development, compliance, staff development, and building strong clinical systems from the ground up . The Lead Analyst / Clinical Director will work closely with AVENWELL's leadership team and will have meaningful input into the clinical direction of the company , including clinical policies, quality standards, service delivery, staff development, and future initiatives. We want this individual to be a valued clinical leader whose professional judgment and ideas help shape the growth of the agency. As services expand, the Clinical Director will remain involved in assessments, treatment planning, and clinical oversight while maintaining a reduced caseload . Over time, the role will increasingly focus on quality oversight, supervision, staff development, complex-case consultation, and continued growth of AVENWELL's clinical programs. Responsibilities Serve as the agency's Lead Analyst / Clinical Director . Support the clinical components of agency enrollment, credentialing, and startup. Help develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, protocols, and quality standards. Ensure clinical services and documentation meet applicable ABA, payer, regulatory, and ethical requirements. Provide clinical oversight and guidance as clients are onboarded. Conduct and/or oversee assessments, treatment plans, program development, and clinical documentation. Provide supervision, training, and clinical guidance to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff as the team expands. Qualifications BCBA certification in good standing and ability to provide ABA services in Florida. Experience with ABA assessments, treatment planning, program development, supervision, and clinical documentation. Strong knowledge of ABA clinical standards, ethics, compliance, and quality assurance. Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with agency leadership while providing independent clinical judgment and recommendations. Work Arrangement Part-time to start Flexible schedule Primarily remote Most pre-launch, administrative, and clinical leadership responsibilities may be completed remotely. In-person availability within Florida will be required when clinically necessary , including for certain assessments, caregiver meetings, staff training, supervision, client-related responsibilities, and other activities requiring direct clinical involvement.
