This role represents an exciting opportunity to join the first Embolix office in the Sewell, NJ area dedicated to women's healthcare. You'll be part of a pioneering team shaping a new model of care, providing innovative, less invasive treatment options that make a lasting difference for patients. Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Clinic Manager with clinical training to join our tight-knit, entrepreneurial team performing outpatient uterine artery embolization (UAE) procedures in collaboration with OB/GYN practices. This role combines leadership and clinical responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, patient focused environment. Our team is united by three shared goals: Delivering excellent patient care and experience Performing exceptionally efficient/fast procedures Driving continual improvement in everything we do The Clinic manager will oversee administrative operations on non-procedure days and provide both clinical and administrative work on procedure days. Responsibilities This role is multifaceted.
You will:
Serve as the primary manager for the procedure facility: oversee schedules, staff coordination, equipment supply management, general readiness for procedure days Provide pre-op, postop and administrative support during procedure days (e.g., patient check-in and check-out) Crosstrain across multiple roles including pre-op, post-op, reception, surgical tech, procedure room circulator Ensure smooth workflow, continuous improvement, and team collaboration in a fast-paced outpatient setting Case Detail Outpatient procedures performed in an office setting Minimally invasive procedures on sedated patients with fluoro imaging Patient flow includes pre-op checks, 1-2-hour procedure, and ~30 minutes in post-op recovery Expect 4-6 cases per procedure day Qualifications CMA or Licensed RN (or similar clinical training) preferred Experience working in a procedural or outpatient surgical setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people, schedules, and workflows Comfort in a dynamic setting with responsibility for varied tasks: charting, vitals, patient communication, opening sterile supply handling, and procedure room support Strong sense of ownership and adaptability and a willingness to take initiative and pitch in wherever needed Who you are You are someone who: Thrives at the intersection of clinical care and leadership Takes pride in building efficient systems that improve patient experience Enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team where flexibility is key Brings a problem-solving mindset and a calm, supportive presence for patients and staff alike Is motivated by the opportunity to shape a first-of-its-kind clinic in women's health Schedule and Work-Life Balance Full-Time; 40 hours per week 2-5 procedure days per month Scheduled work hours:
