As a Physical Therapist Assistant at The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs for our patients.Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Providing physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient careAbout Our Center:
