Clinical Director (On-Site | Gresham, OR) This position is 100% onsite in Gresham. No remote or hybrid work options available. Lead with Heart. Grow with Purpose. Full-time | Monday-Friday, approx. 8:00 a.m

Additional:

Must be willing to take Administrator-On-Call (AOC) rotation for evenings/weekends.

Salary Range:

$96,263

• $118,919 per year, commensurate with experience and regional differentials.

What You'll Do Lead and Inspire a clinical team dedicated to recovery-oriented care. Provide Supervision to clinicians and team members, guiding performance and professional development. Champion Clinical Quality by ensuring best practices, compliance, and documentation excellence. Collaborate Across Systems with community partners, counties, and referral sources to strengthen service delivery. Drive Growth and Innovation by helping shape program strategy and continuous improvement efforts. What You Bring Active Oregon license as a Mental Health Practitioner (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) 2+ years post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting 1+ year in a leadership role (inpatient or outpatient) Master's degree or higher in Social Services Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Experience working with individuals managing both mental health and substance use challenges Why You'll Love Working at
