Job Description

Job Summary Harmony Hope Haven is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our growing behavioral health services in Fayette, Mississippi. This role will support program development, staff oversight, documentation compliance, and quality service delivery for children, families, and other individuals served by the organization. The Clinical Director will work closely with leadership to help strengthen systems, support clinicians and behavioral staff, and ensure services are delivered in a professional, ethical, and client-centered manner. Essential Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight for behavioral health services and treatment planning Review clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes for quality and compliance Supervise and support therapists, behavioral staff, and assigned clinical team members Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, HIPAA, and applicable state/program requirements Assist with program development, staff support, workflow improvement, and quality assurance efforts Provide guidance on client care, crisis concerns, and clinical best practices Collaborate with leadership, families, referral sources, and community partners to support quality care and program growth
Qualifications Required:
Active Mississippi license in good standing as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or other qualified independently licensed behavioral health professional Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field Clinical experience in behavioral health, counseling, child/family services, or related settings Prior leadership, supervision, or clinical oversight experience preferred Strong knowledge of treatment planning, documentation, ethics, and compliance What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate, professional, and clinically strong Passionate about serving children and families Organized, collaborative, and solution-focused Comfortable helping build and strengthen a growing program About Harmony Hope Haven Harmony Hope Haven is a growing organization focused on supporting children and families through behavioral health services, family support, youth development, and community-based programming. $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
