We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership, oversee quality of care, support our clinical team, and help guide the continued growth of our organization. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & Compliance — 50% Provide clinical leadership, coaching, supervision, and support to clinical staff, including BTs and other ABA team members. requirements, BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Oversee clinical documentation quality and participate in internal clinical audits. Promote ethical, culturally responsive, family-centered care. Foster a team culture focused on communication, professional development, accountability, and quality improvement. Parent & Caregiver Training — 30% Provide structured parent and caregiver training related to treatment goals and client needs. Help caregivers implement strategies that promote skill generalization, independence, and behavior reduction. Ensure caregiver training considers each family's priorities, values, culture, and home environment. Monitor caregiver participation and progress and make recommendations based on client and family needs. Assessment, Treatment & Case Oversight — 20% Conduct and/or oversee behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and ongoing clinical evaluations as appropriate. Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, data, client progress, and medical necessity. Monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness. Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and feedback to staff implementing treatment. Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other providers when appropriate to support coordinated care. Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification in good standing. Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Minimum 3 years of ABA clinical leadership experience, including supervision, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Strong understanding of ABA clinical documentation, compliance, and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively lead and support a primarily remote clinical team. Commitment to culturally responsive and family-centered ABA services. What We Offer $85,000-$100,000 annual salary, depending on experience. Full-time remote position. Required monthly and quarterly onsite workdays.
