Speechberry is a growing pediatric speech and feeding clinic built on high clinical standards, clear communication, and thoughtful systems. We're looking for a Clinic Operations Manager who can own the day-to-day operations of the clinic and serve as a trusted right hand to the clinic owner. This is not a front-desk role. What you'll own This role has real authority and responsibility.

You will:

Develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations and insurance billing policies. Oversee daily clinic operations and scheduling systems ID breakdowns and implement solutions. Act as the primary operational problem-solver within the clinic Oversee medical management activities, including resource allocation, staffing, and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with clinical members to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions proactively. Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and organizational policies while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. Facilitate communication between departments to promote teamwork, resolve issues promptly, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Interface with patients when needed pertaining to intakes and billing coordination. Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare management or clinical operations leadership within a medical or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of medical management principles, healthcare regulations Excellent management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively. Familiarity with healthcare management software and data analysis tools for performance tracking. Demonstrated ability to develop policies, streamline processes, and foster a culture of compliance and quality.
