Our organization unifies and leads providers to improve the lives of people experiencing homelessness by sharing expertise, maximizing resources, and advocating for change.
This position will work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness to provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and connection to appropriate treatment and housing resources. The clinician will work in the community alongside HAWNY staff, outreach teams, healthcare and behavioral health providers, shelters, hospitals, and other community partners.
Position Summary:
The Homeless Alliance of Western New York (HAWNY) is seeking a credentialed clinical professional to join a community-based initiative serving individuals experiencing homelessness with complex behavioral health, medical, and housing needs.This position will work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness to provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and connection to appropriate treatment and housing resources. The clinician will work in the community alongside HAWNY staff, outreach teams, healthcare and behavioral health providers, shelters, hospitals, and other community partners.
