Overview:
Overview The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making, staff development, and program implementation, while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and allocate patient care resources to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care. Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients. Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership regarding complex or sensitive situations. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures. Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team. Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints. Certification/Licensure RN license in state of practice required. BLS required within 30 days of hire Experience 2 years Home Health and Hospice experience required. 2 years Home Infusion experience required.Benefits:
