Clinical/counseling staff (Counselors, Counselor Assistants) Position Summary Gentle Force Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a licensed Part-Time Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, supervision, and quality assurance for our outpatient and IOP programs, while carrying a small direct client caseload. This role is central to ensuring clinical care meets licensure, DDAP, and payer standards as the agency grows. Licensed for at least three (3) years. Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff, including individual and group supervision consistent with licensure and DDAP requirements.

Carry a small direct client caseload (to be mutually agreed upon based on hours).

Review and approve treatment plans, clinical documentation, and discharge/aftercare planning for quality and compliance.

Oversee clinical components of the agency's Quality Management Program, including chart audits and utilization review.

Ensure clinical practices align with 28 Pa. Code licensure standards, DDAP regulations, and payer (CBH/MCO) requirements.

Support staff training plans and clinical competency development in coordination with the Executive Director.

Participate in incident review, risk management, and clinical policy development as needed.

Serve as a clinical point of contact for licensing reviews and site visits.

Required Qualifications

Active, independent Pennsylvania clinical license in good standing —

LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW

(clinical), or licensed psychologist.

Eligible to serve as a Clinical Supervisor under 28 Pa. Code Chapter 704 (independent licensure plus applicable post-licensure clinical experience).

Prior experience providing clinical supervision to master's-level counselors.

Working knowledge of DDAP regulations and/or IOP/outpatient behavioral health licensure standards preferred.

Strong clinical documentation, treatment planning, and risk assessment skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, or Program Director role.

Experience with managed care organization (MCO) documentation and utilization review standards.

Familiarity with co-occurring disorders, reentry populations, and trauma-informed care.

Schedule & Compensation Part-time hours, schedule negotiable based on caseload and supervision needs.
