Clinical Supervisor - LCSW We are looking for an experienced LCSW to oversee behavioral health staff providing services to residents in residential healthcare facilities. This is a highly flexible 1099 position that can work well alongside private practice, another position or a reduced clinical schedule. Most of the role can be handled remotely, with approximately one onsite visit per week at each facility. We are looking for someone experienced, practical and comfortable supervising staff who work independently.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision and oversight to behavioral health staff Be available for clinical questions and guidance when needed Review documentation and cases as needed Conduct periodic check-ins with staff Visit facility Ensure appropriate clinical and documentation standards are maintained

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey LCSW license Strong behavioral health experience Supervisory experience preferred Comfortable overseeing independently working staff Reliable, responsive and organized Comfortable with a flexible, largely remote supervisory role

Highly flexible. Set your own schedule. Most responsibilities can be handled remotely with approximately one onsite visit per week at each facility.

Compensation:

1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is based on supervised visit volume. Current volume represents approximately $90,000 in annualized compensation with substantial growth potential as additional facilities are added. Estimated earning potential is approximately $90,000-$140,000+ annually depending on volume.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
