Mass Pediatric ABA is hiring a part-time, experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to service clients and families through this hybrid position. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to make a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support. Mass Pediatric ABA is offering a competitive hourly rate of $80-$90 per hour , based on education, experience, and clinical expertise. BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a sign on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment!

Our BCBA will:

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. All initial assessments must be completed in person. Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, with approximately 50% of supervision conducted in person. Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress Position Schedule & Work Environment Hybrid position combining in-person and remote clinical responsibilities. 100% of initial assessments are conducted in person. Approximately 50% of ongoing supervision is completed in person. Remaining supervision, documentation, treatment planning, and caregiver collaboration may be completed remotely. Requirements:

Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field Previous ABA Experience Completed CORI and Federal background check
