Full-time Sign-on Bonus:

Up to $3,000 after 120 Days of Employment B & D Integrated Health Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to oversee our Community Support Team (CST) . The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician with experience working with the adult mental health/substance abuse population and a passion for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive the overall delivery of Community Support Team services Provide individual therapy to individuals served by the team Implement behavioral interventions, including modeling, behavior modification, and behavior rehearsal Assign appropriate team members to ensure specialized clinical expertise is utilized for each individual Coordinate and conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of clinical needs Provide clinical guidance and supervision to CST team members Facilitate weekly CST team meetings Monitor and evaluate services, interventions, and team activities Complete functional needs assessments and establish measurable goals and expected outcomes Minimum Qualifications Must be fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina as one of the following:

LCSW / LCSW-A LCMHC / LCMHC-A
