• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations within the clinician's scope of practice.
• Develop, review, and update individualized, measurable treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy when clinically appropriate.
• Use evidence-based, person-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on clinical needs.
• Assess safety concerns and develop safety plans when appropriate.
• Respond to behavioral health crises according to agency policy and professional standards.
• Complete assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and other required records accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized electronic health records and protect client confidentiality.
• Coordinate care with clients, families, agency staff, healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners.
• Participate in treatment-team meetings, clinical consultations, documentation reviews, and quality-improvement activities.
• Connect clients and families with appropriate behavioral health, medical, educational, and community resources.
• Maintain professional boundaries and comply with applicable laws, ethical codes, licensing-board requirements, and agency policies.
• Attend required meetings, training, and professional-development activities. Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted North Carolina LCSW or LCMHC license.
• License must remain active and in good standing throughout employment.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to travel within the assigned service area as needed.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet agency credentialing requirements. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and treatment plans.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families.
• Experience with crisis intervention, safety planning, and care coordination.
• Experience using an electronic health record system.

Work Environment and Schedule This is a hybrid position. Work is performed partly in an Arbor Care Solutions office and partly in the community. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday; however, scheduling needs may vary by assignment. Occasional evening, weekend, or travel responsibilities may apply.
