MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
Bachelors degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field or 4 years of related IT experience in a Healthcare environment. Certification for at least one Epic Clinical Application- Ambulatory.
Work Experience:
8+ Years within I.T. Five (5) Years Hospital Health Care Organizations Management, Project and/orTeam Lead Experience:
At least 2 years of Epic Project and/or Epic Team Lead experienceSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Communication Skills:
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact) Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking) Writing /Composing- (Correspondence / Reports)
Other Skills:
Analytical, Design, Research, Statistical Advanced Education:
Advance Training Specialty:
Certifications for at least two Epic Clinical Applications preferredBachelors Degree Major:

On Call, Telecommute Other Requirements:
Be available to work on site (after hours) as needed. Experience providing hands-on clinical patient care in a hospital or clinic setting preferred. Experience supporting an Electronic Medical Record System. Healthcare Information Technology experience. Understanding of functional processes and business rules related to the applications being implemented/supported Ability to recommend process improvements based upon industry standard in addition to resolving integrated process issues. Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and able to prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines.
