Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Healthcare Administrator to lead the operational and administrative functions of a busy healthcare practice. In this vital role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, manage financial and human resources, and foster a patient-centered environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, enhance patient care quality, and support the overall success of the healthcare facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and fast-paced healthcare setting. Duties Manage daily clinic operations, including patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth functioning. Oversee medical administrative support tasks such as medical records management, billing, coding, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other health regulation policies. Supervise healthcare staff including nurses, administrative personnel, and clinical teams; provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records), EHR (Electronic Health Records), and patient management software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix to maintain accurate patient data and streamline workflows. Monitor fiscal management activities including budgeting, financial reporting, billing processes, and managing practice expenses to optimize revenue cycles. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as JCAHO accreditation requirements and utilization management protocols. Coordinate with medical providers to support clinical operations in acute care settings or dental clinics; facilitate communication between departments for seamless patient care delivery. Skills Extensive experience in medical office management with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and other patient management software. Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, medical billing, and managed care processes. Proven supervisory experience managing teams within healthcare practices or clinics; excellent managerial communication skills. Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations such as
