Hybrid Position:

Clinical Supervisor and Gender Counselor -- Outpatient Therapy with Transgender Clients (Physical location is in Paoli, PA. The position is a hybrid between office and home office.) Come work at a small group practice with purpose, flexibility, independence, community, and ongoing supervision. We are a small practice that primarily supports transgender, non binary, and lesbian/gay/bi clients. Please apply only if you have significant experience working with transgender clients and/or if you identify as part of the TGD community or have significant insight into and experience with the transgender community. This includes parents and partners of trans and non binary individuals. You must include a Cover Letter to be considered for this job. This is a hybrid position:

both roles of Clinical Supervisor and a therapist carrying a caseload of clients. The amount of hours in each position will vary. The pay is a combination of a flat monthly rate for the clinical supervisor position, fee split for client sessions, and hourly for supervision sessions. Arrive Therapy is seeking a therapist and clinical supervisor who is passionate about working with the transgender community and who aligns with the vision of creating a safe, welcoming space for transgender and all LGBTQ+ individuals -- a non-judgemental space where each client is encouraged to find their unique and genuine path. What you need:

Hold Master's degree (or higher) in the field of counseling, psych, social work (or equivalent). Have experience working with transgender, non binary, and queer/LGB clients. Have prior leadership/supervision experience for a minimum of 1-3 years. Able to work in the Paoli office (in person) and virtually in a home office. Have experience or training working with teens and families. Be fully licensed (LCSW, LPC). Lead support groups and provide therapeutic processing , with demonstrated experience in both group facilitation and individual therapeutic work. Demonstrate professional-level administrative skills , including: Email management and communication — responding promptly to all inquiries, maintaining professional correspondence, and managing administrative communications effectively Attention to detail — maintaining accuracy in documentation, records management, and all administrative tasks to ensure compliance and quality standards Google Workspace proficiency — competent use of Google Docs for document creation and collaboration JaneApp (EHR) proficiency — ability to navigate and utilize the EHR system for clinical documentation, billing, scheduling, and reporting; experience with similar EHR systems is acceptable, as training will be provided Zoom competency — comfortable conducting virtual meetings, managing video conferencing for client sessions or team meetings, and troubleshooting basic technical issues Learning agility — willingness and ability to quickly learn new software platforms and technology tools as organizational needs evolve Data organization and file management — maintaining organized digital systems, properly storing confidential information, and ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records Ability to manage therapists in addition to clinical supervision , including: Annual reviews and performance evaluations — documenting staff development, identifying training needs, and assessing overall performance Contract adherence and compliance — ensuring staff meet contractual obligations and organizational policies Messaging and communication — providing clear direction, feedback, and maintaining transparent communication with the team Scheduling and workload management — allocating caseloads, managing time-off requests, and optimizing resource allocation Disciplinary action and documentation — addressing performance issues, implementing corrective action plans, and maintaining compliance records Professional development and training — identifying skill gaps, recommending or facilitating continuing education, and supporting licensure requirements Conflict resolution — mediating interpersonal issues among staff and addressing workplace concerns Onboarding — Training new clinical staff
