Our multidisciplinary team partners with each individual to promote stabilization, dignity, and hope while preparing them for a successful transition back to the community. This is a fully in-person leadership position. This role is not remote, hybrid, or work from home. The Program Administrator is an active, visible leader within the facility who works alongside the clinical team and maintains a strong presence in the day-to-day operations of the program. Our program operates using Telecare's Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS), an evidence-based approach rooted in trauma-informed care, person-centered treatment, and "No Force First" principles. Full Time | Fully In-Person | Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to support evenings, weekends, and after-hours responsibilities as Program Administrator.Expected Starting Salary:
$127,357.12 - $157,289.14 annuallyMaximum Salary:
$187,221.15 annually Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role is based on the geographic location where the work is performed. Starting compensation is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum qualifications.POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Administrator is responsible for the overall clinical, operational, and financial success of the King County Evaluation & Treatment program. This executive leadership role oversees day-to-day program operations, ensures regulatory compliance, drives quality improvement initiatives, and leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral healthcare. The Administrator partners closely with corporate leadership, state and county agencies, community stakeholders, and internal support departments to ensure the program consistently delivers outstanding clinical outcomes while maintaining fiscal responsibility and operational excellence.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Master's degree in Social Services Current Washington State independent clinical license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) Four (4) years of administrative management experience in a healthcare setting Two (2) years of experience supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and regulatory compliance Valid driver's license Current personal automobile insurance with your name listed as a driver Willingness to use your personal vehicle for local meetings and community partnerships (IRS mileage reimbursement provided)WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS POSITION
