Key Responsibilities As an LCSW, your daily responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their counseling needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Utilizing the DSM criteria to evaluate clients for substance use disorders and identify the appropriate level of care, guided by ASAM standards. Creating and preparing the substance abuse counseling portion of the client treatment plan, ensuring it aligns with their specific needs and circumstances.
