Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Psychologist - Therapist + Clinical Supervisor (Part-Time)

Location:

Rockland County (some hybrid flexibility)

Part-Time, Flexible Hours About Us:

We are an established OPWDD provider offering a wide range of community supports and Children's Waiver HCBS services. As we expand into Mental Health Counseling, we are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist who can provide clinical supervision to LMSW-level staff and offer direct therapy to individuals and families. This is a unique opportunity to join at the early stages of a developing counseling division within a supportive, mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and/or family psychotherapy (in-person and/or hybrid) Provide clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians working toward independent licensure Collaborate with leadership on program development and clinical quality Maintain timely and professional documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory expectations

Qualifications:

Active LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in New York (required) Eligible to provide clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians Experience with the IDD population strongly preferred Strong commitment to ethical, person-centered therapeutic practice Dual licensure in NJ is a plus but not required

Compensation:
