Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess expertise in applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement behavior intervention strategies
• Provide training to caregivers and other professionals on behavioral techniques
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in behavioral health, particularly working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy techniques
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Knowledge of special education practices and principles
