The Opportunity This position is a Remote opportunity in the Abbott Diabetes Care Division. We are helping people with Diabetes lead healthier, happier lives. Consistent and accurate glucose monitoring is the foundation of any diabetes management plan, so we're committed to continuous improvement in the way patients and professionals measure, track and analyze glucose levels. As a Manager Market Access Patient Services, you will lead to manage the patient services offering for a new and innovative device in the diabetes therapeutic category. The manager will oversee the building and managing of a new patient hub to include all aspects of a high touch offering that streamlines business for HCPs and makes the patient journey ideal for a product launch. This individual will manage the vendor relationship and build the integration of the hub into the Abbott Diabetes Care division. This is a remote opportunity with frequent travel to Alameda, CA. What You'll Do + Manage all aspects of developing and managing the hub for a new product launch & set key performance indicators to measure success for the launch of Abbott's Dual Glucose and Ketone Monitoring device. + Partner with the Senior Director to ensure launch readiness and lifecycle updates are executed with controlled change management (process/ SOP updates, training, communications, and readiness tracking). + Develop and manage the strategy and work cross-functional with all members of the market access team, finance, legal, trade, marketing and global strategic members. Experience You'll Bring Required + Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. + 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical patient services, patient access operations, hub operations, market access experience or related functions is required. + 3+ years of experience leading vendor performance and/or operational teams; people leadership experience strongly preferred. + Demonstrated ability to design and implement patient support programs, operational service models, business rules, SOPs, and training in a regulated environment. + Strong program and project management skills, including launch readiness and lifecycle change execution. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization. + Analytical capability to interpret operational data, derive insights, and drive continuous improvement. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with case management/ CRM platforms and BI tools.
