Medical Billing Supervisor

Oversee a team of 10 and the daily activities of billing and accounts receivable staff. Focused on timely and accurate claim processing, follow-up, and collections. Manage team, performance, time off requests, billing Qs around both facility & professional billing

Skills medical billing, supervisor, IDK, Hospital billing, behavioral health Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree would be a PLUS but not a must 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare billing, collections, RCM At least 2+ years as either a team lead/supervisor etc over a team Strong in medical billing/collections with the ability to directly assist reps with job tasks Behavioral/mental health building is a PLUS, but not a must Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Towson, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.88 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
