As a Market Development Manager, you will own a local market and be responsible for building and growing a network of optometric partners who actively refer patients for surgical care. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on: Building relationships with optometrists Driving adoption of a new model Creating measurable growth within your market This is not a passive account management role — you will be responsible for building, activating, and growing a referral network from the ground up.   • Remote + 25-50% Travel About the Job We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Development Manager to lead the planning, development, and successful launch of office-based surgical suites.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of site development while building the structure, systems, and processes needed to support a growing portfolio of projects. The Site Development Manager will drive strategic planning, standardize best practices, and continuously improve departmental operations to ensure each site is delivered on time, within budget, fully equipped, compliant, and operationally ready for patient care. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive experience in surgical facility development who thrives on managing complex projects while thinking strategically about the future. They will collaborate across departments, confidently navigate construction, procurement, and operational challenges, and develop scalable solutions that support the continued growth of the organization. Responsibilities Develop and scale the Site Development function to support a growing portfolio of office-based surgical suite launches. Design, implement, and continuously improve the systems, workflows, and processes required for efficient, repeatable site development. Standardize project management tools, documentation, and best practices across all site development activities. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality as the organization grows. Drive long-term strategic planning for the Site Development department. Partner with executive leadership to develop departmental goals, resource plans, and scalable operational strategies. Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements that support future organizational growth. Develop metrics and reporting tools to measure project performance and departmental effectiveness. Build cross-functional operational alignment. Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and resource needs to leadership. Partners with Clinical Operations, Procurement, Facilities, IT, Revenue Cycle, and other departments to ensure successful project execution. Prepare the Site Development function for future integration with Launch Services and other operational teams as the organization evolves. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in surgical facility development, including Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) or Office-Based Surgery (OBS) suites. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Experience sourcing surgical equipment and evaluating vendor proposals. Strong organizational, project management, and vendor negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience with healthcare construction or medical facility build-outs.   • Onsite, Moses Lake, WA About the Job iOR Partners is hiring an OBS Manager to help keep our office-based surgery program in Moses Lake running smoothly.

This is a coordination and support role at heart: you'll work side by side with our physicians and clinical staff to keep surgical schedules on track, patients prepared, and day-to-day operations organized. We're looking for someone articulate, highly organized, and comfortable interfacing directly with physicians — someone who builds trust quickly and can keep a lot of moving pieces on track without losing sight of the details. This role is a great fit for someone early in their operations career who wants to grow into a broader leadership position over time. We'll train the right person on our clinical and compliance workflows. What matters most is your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and work well with our physician partners. Responsibilities Support day-to-day surgical operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and patient flow Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for physicians, helping keep surgical schedules organized and communication running smoothly Assist in driving efficiency across surgical schedules to maximize throughput and minimize downtime Support clinical teams with pre-surgical diagnostics, patient workups, and coordination of testing (i.e. biometry, topography, OCT, visual fields) Help ensure alignment between clinical findings and surgical planning to support readiness and outcomes Support optometric outreach efforts in coordination with the Provider Relations Manager (PRM)

This role serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts and is responsible for customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, issue resolution, and coordination across internal operational teams. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, relationship-driven healthcare professional who is comfortable working directly with physicians, administrators, and internal teams. They should be able to manage multiple accounts, identify concerns early, coordinate solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and practice leadership. Conduct routine account reviews focused on customer satisfaction, operational performance, service needs, and overall account health. Identify customer concerns, service gaps, and retention risks and coordinate appropriate internal follow-up. Maintain ownership and visibility of customer issues through resolution. Partner with Revenue Cycle Management, Materials Management, Launch, Clinical Operations, Accreditation, and other internal teams to support assigned accounts. Review and communicate operational, financial, reimbursement, and service-related information as needed. Support new-site launches, account transitions, and post-launch stabilization activities.
