About the role A well-established multi-state ABA provider is hiring an Operations Manager to run it's brand new Sheboygan clinic. You will own the day-to-day operation of the center and lead the team that delivers care in it: BCBAs, RBTs/BTs, and Operations Specialists. This is a hands-on leadership role. What you will do Clinic Management Own daily operations, including scheduling, hiring, and keeping the space clean, safe, and welcoming. Set the operational standard for how ABA services are delivered at the center: consistent, on-time, and aligned with best practice. Track the metrics that matter (utilization, authorization use, staffing coverage) and act on them. Manage and develop a team of BCBAs and RBT/BTs. Coach and supervise for performance, not just compliance. Build a culture where clinicians want to stay and grow. Protect quality of care Oversee therapy services to make sure they match each client's individualized treatment plan and goals. Monitor client progress and adjust course when the data says to. Conduct assessments and intakes and shape evidence-based treatment plans. Work with families and the community Serve as the primary point of contact for families. Keep them informed and give them strategies that work at home. Build relationships that hold up when something goes wrong, not just when things are going well. Act as the liaison with schools, community partners, and agencies. Grow the center Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company standards, and clear the quality benchmarks that sit above them. Identify where services can expand or improve, and make the case for it. Requirements 1 to 3 years minimum managing the performance of clinicians Minimum 2 years managing, leading, or overseeing business operations Experience managing direct reports Proven ability to run a clinic or site, manage a team, and hold the line on compliance and quality standards BCBA certification in good standing preferred, along with any credential required to practice in Wisconsin Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, data entry) and electronic health record systems A professional, team-oriented leadership style and the ability to build a collaborative culture Reliable transportation to the clinic and flexibility to support occasional community events Willingness to manage and support challenging behaviors with professionalism and compassion Benefits Full package benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401k match Up to 26 days off per year, increasing every 2 years.
