Hopeful Hearts Counseling started as a private practice and is currently being expanded into a group practice. We specialize in individuals, couples and families navigating complex trauma, life transitions and other significant emotional and relational challenges. Our clinical work includes a particular focus on LGBTQ+ clients and dissociative disorders, while serving clients with a broad range of mental health and life concerns. Position Overview We are seeking skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapists to join our team, with a variety of specialties that focuses on adults, children, adolescents, couples and families. This role is ideal for clinicians who have experience or interest working with clients from the LGBTQ+ community, who struggle with complex trauma and dissociative disorders, and struggles in emotional regulation. This is a W2 employee position with steady referrals, full administrative and billing support, and opportunities for consultation and professional growth. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and child/adolescent psychotherapy.
• Develop and implement trauma-informed, strengths-based treatment plans.
• Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+-affirming care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as EFT, EMDR, CBT, ACT, IFS, or related approaches
• Collaborate with referral sources and providers as clinically indicated
• Maintain appropriate professional and ethical boundaries.
• Respond appropriately to clinical risk, including safety concerns and mandated reporting requirements.
• Participate in case consultation and clinical collaboration with the practice.
• Maintain compliance with applicable Colorado laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional ethical standards.
• Maintain all required professional credentials, and continuing education.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative practice culture. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have:
• Licensed or pre-licensed clinician in Colorado (LPCC, LSW, MFTC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Either experience working with adults, children and/or adolescents and/ or experience working with couples and families.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Experience working with trauma and complex clinical presentations.
• A commitment to LGBTQ+-affirming and culturally responsive care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• The ability to work independently while also participating in clinical consultation.
• Professional judgment, reliability, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Interested in a long-term outpatient clinical role Preferred Qualifications
• Trained or willing to pursue training in EFT, EMDR, IFS, or Somatic therapy.
• Experience working with LGBTQ+ clients.
• Experience with complex trauma and dissociative disorders
