Job Description:
Schedule:
This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) leadership position with hours varying based on departmental needs. The Patient Access Center supports clinic operations from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM , and occasional Saturday coverage may be required.
Location :
Remote position with travel required between markets and clinic locations as needed. Ensures financial counseling functions are conducted according to policy and are helpful to all patients fairly. Oversees quality assurance measures. Completes all assigned reports and projects by the specified date. Manages overall ED Registration operations. Trains all new staff members. Ensures all customer service functions are conducted appropriately. Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be able to communicate professionally [Required] Must be able to use all Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook [Required] Total Quality Management [Preferred] Quality Assurance [Preferred]
Education:
Bachelor's [Required]
Work Experience:
5+ patient access management/supervisor experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
