What This Job Is The first person every patient, referring physician, and visitor deals with — in person and on the phone Registering patients and getting their information into the system Scheduling appointments and confirming them by phone Processing payments and walking patients through what they owe Financial counseling when a patient needs help understanding their costs or options Helping keep day-to-day front office operations running Learning the clinical side of PAD well enough to answer patient questions intelligently Being the calm, competent voice for people who are often nervous about a vascular procedure Cross-training into other positions as coverage requires About Us We are a growing network of outpatient medical offices focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) through early intervention.

https://padspcs.com/ Locations & Travel Location(s): Corpus Christi and Victoria, Texas. You will need to travel between both locations to receive full-time hours (approximately 50/50). Travel to Rio Grande Valley locations for training required. Other travel may be required for training purposes or to provide coverage, with all travel accommodations fully paid for by the company.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday Saturdays and/or
Sundays:
Between 0-2 weekend days per month 8-12 hour shifts; starts as early as 6:30 AM (patient-dependent). BLS/ACLS
