🌟Patient Care Coordinator (Remote) | Carmel, IN Area 🌟 Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! This is a fantastic remote opportunity for candidates located in or near the Carmel, Indiana area.
Position Details Job Title:
Patient Care Coordinator Location:
Remote (must reside near Carmel, IN)
Duration:
4-month contract with potential for extension
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Some flexibility may be required based on business needs
Pay Rate:

Patient Care Coordinator:
Manually manage work basket in document management system Respond to medical record requests while ensuring HIPAA compliance Index, upload, and verify documentation in the EHR Assist providers and staff with record retrieval and documentation needs Monitor work queues and complete assigned tasks within established timelines Communicate with patients, providers, and internal departments regarding records requests and documentation
Requirements Include:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred Previous experience in a medical records, healthcare administrative, or clerical role Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements Strongly preferred Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems such as Epic/Solarity Strong data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Ability to accurately organize, maintain, and retrieve medical records Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify documentation discrepancies Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and working collaborative with other team members via chats or emails Customer service experience, particularly in a healthcare setting, preferred Interested? Pay Details:
