- We are looking for a
- Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator
- as an addition to the Practice Extend Team. You will work alongside our Interdisciplinary Clinical Team to improve the health outcomes of the patients and providers we serve. The
- Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator
- is responsible for engaging high-risk patients for Comprehensive Medication Reviews with the Clinical Pharmacist, scheduling PCP appointments for patients on their behalf, assisting with administrative tasks, and communicating with provider offices regarding patient medical history and current needs. This position is full-time, Monday
- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work three days a week from 08:00AM
- 05:00PM and two days from 10:00AM
- 07:00PM EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be 08:00AM
- 05:00PM, Monday
- Friday.
Primary Responsibilities:
- + Work with a Clinical Care Team to support patient and provider engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- + High School Diploma / GED + Must be 18 years of age OR older + 2+ years of experience working with medical terminology + 2+ years of Medical / Healthcare experience in a hospital, pharmacy, or physician's office providing clinical or administrative assistance + 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Tech (License required) + Computer proficiency, to include strong data entry and utilizing Microsoft Outlook + Computer proficiency with direct messaging applications (Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.
- Friday. Three days a week from 08:00AM
- 05:00PM and two days from 10:00AM
- 07:00PM EST
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Pharmacy Tech for Insurance Company or Medical Assistant experience + Managed Care Experience + Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Telecommuting Requirements:
- + Reside within Eastern OR Central Time Zone + Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) + Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy + Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service •

- + Able to take initiative and work independently + Adaptable, flexible, and able to incorporate frequent process changes into established workflows within a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Strong communication skills with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals
